What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For our wedding cards, the cards can be delivered to you for a flat fee of £10 using a next working day service (once they have been proofed and printed)

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship our invitation cards and our foil prints internationally.  Get in touch with us with your requirements.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Within the UK, once you have approved the proofs, we aim to print and dispatch the invites within 5 working days.  For international orders, they can vary, however we do not expect any shipment to take more than 10 working days.

Foil prints

Within the UK, we aim to dispatch the foiled prints within 2 working days.  For international orders, they can vary depending on which country you are based, however we do not expect any shipment to take more than 10 working days.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Customers can pay online using our preferred payment method (PayPal). Customers can also do a BACS transfer (the bank details can be supplied).  If customers are looking to collect the invitation cards from our office in Leicester, they can also pay by cash.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

All our online payments go through PayPal.

How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once an order has been placed online and the proofs approved, we are unable to stop or cancel the job.  If the job has not been approved or has not been sent to print, please call us on 0116 373 7279 or email us at info@cardfusion.co.uk.  Please note that if your print job has been sent to print (after your approval), additional costs would incur to yourselves if there are any changes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you do need an account to order online.

How Do I Track My Order?

For all orders, once they have been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

How Can I Return a Product?

As nearly everything we offer on the website is personalised and customised to customer orders, we are unable to accept returns unless they are deemed faulty.  If they are faulty, we need to know within 3 working days of you receiving the items.
