What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 50.

What is your turnaround time?

Once you have approved the proof, we can have the majority of invites and any additional items ready within 4 working days.

We do not have a design available - can CardFusion.co.uk help with the designing?

Yes, we can design the invitation for you. If you have any particular requirements i.e. colour themes, symbols etc that you would like us to use, we will do our best to do this for you.  You can also see a list of our invitation wordings by clicking here.

What about if we have a design available from a previous function?

We will do our best to replicate the wording and designs of your particular card.

What information is required from us for you to begin designing?

In order to provide you with an initial proof, we require the following information: Bride and Grooms names; Parents / Grandparents names (where applicable); Venue details; Date and Times of the function(s), the Colour Theme required; the Symbols required.

How can we receive the goods ?

Your invitation cards can be collected from our office in Leicester. Alternatively, we can send the invitation cards out to you by Royal Mail or FedEx (charges calculated according to size and weight).

Where is your printing done?

Both our designing and printing is done from our office in Leicester.

Some cards that we have seen are very large in size and will be expensive to send out in the post - can you help?

We have a range of smaller cards which can be sent in first class post, meaning you will save money in comparison to sending out a larger invitation card. We can assist you with this.

How many inserts do your cards come with?

The majority of our cards come with 2 inserts. However, additional inserts of the main two inserts can be added at an additional cost (20p per insert). If you require completely new inserts, a £20 design charge is applied per insert, plus a 20p per insert printing charge.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we would request a 50% deposit of the total order amount.

Collection and Delivery information

Once the order has been completed, the invitation cards can be collected from our offices or we can send the invitation cards to you using a tracked next working day DPD service for a flat fee of £10.
